Insurance & Payment
- We accept most dental plans. Coverage varies by employer and plan.
- Payment is due at time of service. We’ll provide an estimate and options before treatment.
- We file your claim as a courtesy. Insurer pays you or us depending on plan rules; any remaining balance is the family’s responsibility.
- Pre-treatment estimates: For larger treatment, we can submit a pre-estimate to your plan.
- Questions about benefits? Your HR/plan administrator is the best source—we’ll share codes/notes to help.
TIP: Bring your insurance card and photo ID to every visit. Tell us if your plan changed since your last appointment.
Financial FAQs
Do you take my specific plan?
Call with your plan name and subscriber ID—we’ll check typical coverage and provide an estimate.
Why isn’t everything covered at 100%?
Most plans have deductibles, frequency limits, and co-pays. We’ll explain what your plan typically covers.
Can I get a treatment estimate first?
Yes. For larger treatment, we can send a pre-estimate to your insurer so you know your out-of-pocket before scheduling.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We’re happy to review care options and costs up front so you can plan comfortably.
Do you offer payment plans?
